REACH is a two-hour suicide awareness training program aimed at increasing suicide awareness for anyone aged 15 years or older, irrespective of experience or training.

REACH is designed for community to engage with suicide awareness training in an accessible timeframe. We all have a role to play in suicide awareness and prevention, supporting each other in times of crisis.

Participants will learn how to recognise the warning signs of suicide, engage using active listening skills, ask directly about suicide, check for safety and promotion of positive help seeking resources and referral pathways. Participants will also be encouraged to consider their own self-care options and how to seek support for carers and their families.
